Biography
CA Mrinmoy Pathak
Mrinmoy is a Chartered Accountant and the principal of Mrinmoy & Co., with more than a decade of experience advising founders, MSMEs, institutions and government-linked bodies. His practice spans the full arc of a finance function — from book-keeping and assurance to tax, corporate compliance and board-level advisory.
What sets the work apart is a bias towards systems. Rather than treating compliance as a year-end scramble, he builds cloud-based accounting, dashboards and reporting that keep a business current all year — so decisions rest on numbers that are already reconciled and ready.
He completed the Leadership Development Programme at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, which shapes how he approaches engagements: structured, outcome-focused, and grounded in how a business actually runs.
